Signal AlayaWorld: Interactive Long-Horizon World Modeling — Full Technical Report (v1.1)

Summary

This technical report presents an improved version of AlayaWorld, an interactive long-horizon world modeling system. The backbone architecture, chunk-wise autoregressive generation scheme and training data remain unchanged from the previous release. The authors did, however, substantially revise how conditioning signals, the inputs that steer what the model generates, are represented and integrated into the model. The new design follows the principle that conditioning signals should match the generated content as closely as possible, aiming to improve controllability and consistency in long-horizon interactive world generation. This is an incremental technical update, version 1.1, rather than a new model paradigm, aimed at practitioners building on the AlayaWorld system.
