Summary

Beyond infrastructure, the plan's AI agenda aims at what it calls AI for everyone. It seeks to raise the AI capabilities of all citizens through education and better access. It also aims to realise the world's leading AI government by applying AI to disaster and safety response and to public service innovation. A further goal is to use AI to analyse latent risks in finance, food and disasters and so make social systems more stable.
