Issue Tipping point 3: from static plans to dynamic orchestration
Summary
The third tipping point in Deloitte's framework is the move from static plans to dynamic orchestration. Because the future is already arriving yet remains uncertain, Deloitte treats curiosity as a core capability for organisations. Staying relevant requires constantly rethinking how workers change, learn and develop. As strategy and execution merge, fixed job structures become too rigid, and firms need to orchestrate capacity and skills in response to changing demand. Deloitte calls for systems of continuous learning, experimentation and reinvention in which workers help shape disruption rather than simply adapting to it. It also argues that purpose, values and culture should become living parts of the organisation instead of static statements.
