Signal Reflective leaders champion AI adoption at 61% against 43% among the least reflective

McKinsey links leaders' reflective habits to how actively they drive AI adoption. Among leaders who reflect more, one-third report that their organizations have adopted externally developed AI systems across most departments, compared with 28 percent of steady reflectors and 29 percent of those who reflect less. The gap is wider for personal leadership, as 61 percent of more reflective leaders personally champion AI adoption, against 53 percent and 43 percent in the other two groups. The report describes these leaders as leading the AI disruption more actively as well as showing sharper awareness of their environment.
