Issue Horizon 3: full superfluidity, still theoretical

Summary

This issue describes the final stage of EY's three-step path toward the superfluid enterprise, in which autonomous operation extends across the whole organization. At this point agentic AI, smart contracts and digital twins are fully combined, and more than 90% of operations run autonomously. People concentrate on setting strategic direction, creative innovation and ethical supervision. New forms of human value are expected to come from creativity, storytelling and strategic thinking, reflecting a broader move from carrying out tasks to exercising judgment. EY is explicit, however, that this stage is still largely theoretical today. It argues that organizations which master the first two stages will be best placed to lead once the enabling capabilities mature.
