Signal QNu Labs Launches QShield 2.0 to Drive India's National Cryptographic Assessment & Assurance Framework
Summary
India's QNu Labs launched QShield 2.0 at an event marking its tenth anniversary. The sovereign, full-stack post-quantum cryptography platform powers India's National Cryptographic Assessment & Assurance Framework and helps critical infrastructure sectors begin the PQC migration required by 2027 under the National Quantum Mission Task Force. It unifies five modules, covering quantum entropy, readiness risk assessment, PKI, vault and AI security, into a single management plane to counter harvest-now-decrypt-later attacks and AI-driven attack surfaces. The AI Security module separately addresses cryptographic risk in AI models and autonomous agents. The launch is read as part of India's push to build its own quantum-era security infrastructure.
