Signal 1,300 of 2,701 survey responses retained
Summary
The 2026 Global Risk Survey received 2,701 responses in total. Of these, 1,401 were removed under data cleaning rules, namely 611 from respondents who did not consent to continue and 790 that fell short of the minimum completion required past the likelihood and severity questions. The remaining 1,300 responses were analysed, with a pairwise deletion rule applied so that partly finished responses still contributed as much information as possible. The final sample consisted of 80 representatives of UN Member States plus 1,220 people from the other stakeholder groups. By group, civil society organizations supplied 433 respondents, international organizations 368, experts 262 and the private sector 152. The survey was run on an online platform between February and April 2026.
