In a luminary contribution to the KPMG report, former OpenAI go-to-market head Zack Kass describes a coming period of unmetered intelligence. By this he means abundant cognitive capacity available at near-zero marginal cost that can be combined into agents, copilots, and autonomous workflows. When such capacity is plentiful, access to models no longer confers much advantage. Instead, advantage shifts toward imagination and toward the discipline and governance needed to deploy AI at scale.
