Signal 86% of younger consumers are comfortable letting AI do a health task, against 62% of older
Summary
PwC measures how comfortable different generations are with letting AI carry out health and wellness tasks. Among younger consumers, defined as Gen Z and millennials, 86 percent are comfortable with AI performing at least one such task. Among older consumers, Gen X and above, the figure is 62 percent. Younger people are also more at ease with some of the most commercially relevant uses, including meal planning, fitness programming, and health monitoring. The gap suggests that AI-based health services may find their earliest mass adoption among younger buyers.
