Signal 63% want hyper-personalized generative AI content, up from 58%
Summary
Capgemini finds rising appetite for AI-driven personalization. The share of consumers who want generative AI to deliver hyper-personalized content and recommendations based on their preferences rose from 58 percent in November 2024 to 63 percent in October 2025. Some 62 percent want AI to show commonly bundled products, such as items frequently bought together, while shopping online. More than half, 56 percent, are comfortable giving a digital assistant their shopping history and preferences to get tailored suggestions. The report reads this as clear demand, though it also documents strong privacy worries.
